Dish 1: All Mixed Up Greens - Waipoli mixed greens, candied walnuts, dried cranberries, blue cheese with our house made balsamic vinaigrette.
Dish 2: Porky Coco Crazy Flatbread - Whole milk mozzarella cheese, oven roasted kalua pork and house made huli-huli sauce piled onto flatbread and baked to perfection, finished with a pineapple coconut sour cream, pickled red onion and Mari's Garden microgreens.
Dish 3: Turkey By the Sea - A 1/4 lb. of sliced smoked turkey, havarti cheese, sweet onion, local tomato and our house made Olakai sea asparagus pesto on locally made roasted garlic batard. Served with a side of Himalayan Salt Kettle Chips and HBW beer pickle.
