M’s CSA gourmet “Box” collaboration with De la Mesa Farms is available weekly for pickup at Chef Mavro restaurant on Thursdays and at De La Mesa Farms in Waimanalo on Saturdays. The M CSA European-style Market Bag changes weekly and is prepared & crafted according to items that are available from Local farmers, fisherman, and purveyors. The M CSA “Box” includes: seasonal items from De La Mesa Farms, produce from other farmers, items from Local purveyors such as Eggs, Sausages, Pasta & Proteins, M’s fresh Catch of the Day that’s seasoned for the week, M Sauces, Stocks, Dessert & Dessert Sauces, and recipes by Chef Jeremy Shigekane to cook at-home.
